अली (Ali): नमस्ते, संतरे कितने के हैं?
Ali: Namaste, how much are the oranges?

विक्रेता: संतरे 80 रुपये किलो हैं।
Vendor: Oranges are 80 rupees per kilo.

अली: 80 तो ज़्यादा है, 60 कर दीजिए।
Ali: 80 is too much, make it 60.

विक्रेता: नहीं साहब, ताज़ा माल है, 75 से कम नहीं।
Vendor: No sir, they’re fresh, not less than 75.

अली: अच्छा, 70 कर दीजिए, मैं 2 किलो ले लूँगा।
Ali: Alright, make it 70, I’ll take 2 kilos.

विक्रेता: ठीक है, 70 में दे देता हूँ।
Vendor: Okay, I’ll give them for 70.

विक्रेता: 50 रुपये किलो।
Vendor: 50 rupees per kilo.

अली: 45 कर दीजिए।
Ali: Make it 45.

विक्रेता: चलिए, आपको 45 में दे देता हूँ।
Vendor: Fine, I’ll give them for 45.

विक्रेता: 2 किलो संतरे – 140 रुपये, 2 किलो आलू – 50 रुपये, 1 किलो टमाटर – 45 रुपये। कुल 235 रुपये।
Vendor: 2 kilos oranges – 140 rupees, 2 kilos potatoes – 50 rupees, 1 kilo tomatoes – 45 rupees. Total 235 rupees.

अली: ये लीजिए 200 रुपये, बाक़ी 5 रुपये कल दे दूँगा।

विक्रेता: (हँसते हुए) चलिए, ठीक है। फिर आइएगा।
